Site / Civil Engineer - Nationwide

Responsibilities

  • Designing land development projects using Civil 3D including site, grading, and utilities
  • Willing and interested to learn how to design these systems
  • Potential to take an active leadership role and guide junior staff in the development of the project
  • Work closely with multiple departments coordinating throughout the country


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering 
  • 3+ years or more of related experience 
  • Knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • EIT or PE (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of local city, county, and state land use processes and regulations
  • Ability to work closely with coworkers,  clients, and regulatory agencies, as well as independently
  • Experience in land development, required
  • Demonstrated AutoCAD Civil 3D skills
  • Proficiency in technical skills in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analysis, grading, and other site development-related designs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail with analytical and judgment capabilities

Electrical Engineer - Nationwide

 Responsibilities

  • Develop designs and detailed construction drawings in the Electrical discipline as necessary to accomplish construction may include: substation and transmission projects, renewable projects, other low to medium-voltage projects, modifications, scopes of work, or conceptual sketches
  • Prepare equipment specifications, lead times, design requirements, documents, consideration of all applicable codes, and industry standards
  • Prepare design packages in adherence with applicable regulations, codes, and industry standards
  • Work in a team environment on a variety of projects and prepare research on new technologies


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering required
  • 3+ years of experience
  • EIT or PE preferred [not required]
  • Drafting experience and proficiency in AutoCAD are required and Revit knowledge
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and practices a plus
  • Knowledge of building codes and current NEC, and NESC standards
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of plans, sections diagrams and equipment schedules, and drawings
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Microsoft Project a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of the medium and high voltage 
  • Ability to effectively meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good understanding of related disciplines and incorporation of other disciplines in design
  • Demonstrated ability to view tasks logically and generate a design solution applying accepted standards
  • Ability to expedite work in accordance with priorities as determined by the Electrical Engineering Director
  • Able to handle multiple projects
  • Ability to recognize issues that arise during the design process and solve technical problems
  • Ability to adjust to changing project requirements, priorities, and assignments
  • Performs all work in a clear, complete, and accurate manner

Land Surveyor - Nationwide

 Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Land Surveying Operations including:

  • Client communication (internal and external)
  • Project proposal preparation and invoicing
  • Overseeing 2 or more survey crews
  • New business development combines existing clients using diverse land survey & measurement service lines which include: 3D High Definition Laser Scanning, Mobile Lidar Mapping, Rail Surveying, GPS, and Conventional Surveys


Qualifications

  • LSIT or Professional Land Surveyor License [preferred]
  • 5+ years of experience in all areas of the job description
  • Ability to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development [preferred]

Architect - Nationwide

 Responsibilities

What You'll Do: 

  • Assist programming and planning
  • Concept design
  • Detailed design working with the project team
  • Engineering coordination
  • Problem-solving for design solutions
  • Code analysis and research
  • Materials and products analysis and research
  • Specification writing
  • Prepare and coordinate construction documents
  • Research project-related functions and technologies to build credible expertise specific to project types
  • Surveying onsite work at client facilities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture 
  • 2+ years' experience doing architectural design
  • Experience with commercial, hospitality, retail or science, technology, and industrial design [highly preferred]

Mechanical Engineer- Nationwide

 Responsibilities

  • Create and assess project designs
  • Perform engineering calculations with software, spreadsheets, and hand calculations
  • Create and review mechanical design plans, models, and details in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Select equipment and write specifications
  • Perform site visits, make observations of ongoing construction progress, and survey the mechanical components of existing buildings
  • Coordinate with architects (internal and external), owners, and other engineering disciplines
  • Review shop drawings and respond to RFI’s
  • Perform quality control-related tasks
  • Preparation of proposals
  • Provide training and guidance to other disciplines, staff members, and junior engineers
  • Be responsive to others, share information, and new ideas to improve processes and help achieve company and project goals; listen and engage in productive and critical debate


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
  •  BS Degree}
  • EIT or PE [preferred]
  •  Technical in their field, commercial, office buildings, hotels, multi-family dwellings [preferred]
  •  Good verbal and written communication skills
